Quite simply just didn't turn up to collect my parcel, advised to rebook another slot or take to a drop-off point. There are reasons I couldn't do this in the first place. No accountability, will not be using ParcelCompare again.

Don’t listen to customers when I tell them that a courier cannot deliver a package to a certain country they still try and ignore me once I have told them that it needs to go with DHL and they send it with the post office. I asked for turn and they try and charge me and now they’re telling me that they lost the package which I told them that it would happen and they ignored me.

In my experience everything was quick and the customer service was prompt and helpful.

I needed to send our marriage certificate abroad for an apostille. I felt very anxious about entrusting it to anyone, and was so reassured when it arrived safely. The system was easy to use, and very reliable.

The item sent was broken in transit.

After giving them the dimensions of my package, I was giving a quote from which I chose one but when the parcel got delivered, I got an email that seems to give a completely different measurements from mine and wanted a surcharge of £40, can you imagine?

Fast, efficient and reasonably priced

I measured and weigh my parcel before sending but have been charged more. Very disappointed

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! 1 star is too generous for this company. Even though they didn't provide the service I paid for they refused to compensate me in any way. They come back with excuse after excuse. Absolutely shocking customer service.
